How we work
From first conversation to final delivery
Five clear stages, one point of contact. You will always know what happens next, who is doing it and when.

01
Consultation
We meet at your home or our Warrenpoint studio to talk through how you live.
A relaxed first conversation about the room, the light, how you cook and who uses the space. We measure up, look at what can move, and talk honestly about budget and timing. There is no charge for the first consultation.

02
Design and 3D modelling
Sketches, measured drawings and a 3D model, refined together until it works and looks right.
Caoimhe designs every kitchen herself. Working from exact measurements, she sketches ideas, creates a 3D model of the room and draws detailed plans and elevations, so you can walk through it before anything is ordered. We refine it together until it is practical to cook and live in, and beautiful to look at.

03
Material selection
Timbers, stone, paint and hardware chosen in person, with samples in your own light.
We bring samples to your home so you see them in your own light, and introduce you to the stone yards and suppliers we trust. You will have a fixed, itemised quotation before anything is ordered.

04
Ordering
We place and track every order with suppliers we trust.
Once the design is signed off, Caoimhe orders your cabinetry, worktops, hardware and appliances from the trusted suppliers she has worked with for years. We check every specification against the drawings and keep you updated on lead times.

05
Delivery
Delivery coordinated to suit your schedule, with everything your fitter needs.
We arrange delivery with each supplier to suit your timetable and check everything arrives as ordered. Your fitter or builder receives a full set of drawings and specifications, so the kitchen goes in exactly as designed.
Questions
Frequently asked
How much does a bespoke kitchen cost?
Every kitchen is different, but most of our projects fall between £25,000 and £60,000 for design and supply. We will give you an honest range at the first consultation and a fixed, itemised quote once the design is agreed.
How long does it take?
Typically 10 to 16 weeks from design sign-off to delivery, depending on materials.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Warrenpoint and work across Newry, the Mournes and County Down, and just over the border around Dundalk.
Do you fit the kitchen?
No. We design and order your kitchen and coordinate delivery. Your own fitter or builder installs it, and we give them full drawings and specifications.
Can I supply my own appliances?
Of course. We will design around them and make sure the plans meet manufacturer specifications.
