Who we are

What we collect

When you send a consultation request we collect the details you give us:

• your name, email address and, if provided, phone number and postcode
• details about your project, budget and timeline

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to design and deliver your kitchen. Our lawful basis is your consent and, where a project proceeds, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after a project is completed, for warranty and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
